Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, without scratches or damage, with all original accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase. Additionally, for items claimed to be defective, an official technical report from the manufacturer's authorized service center/agency confirming a manufacturing defect is strictly required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note: To process any return or exchange request based on a manufacturing defect, the customer must provide an official, stamped technical inspection report from the brand's authorized service center stating that the product has a clear manufacturing defect. Claims without an official report will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Products that have been physically damaged or misused after delivery.

  • Opened accessories, earphones, screen protectors, or personal-use products.

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect (backed by the required official report) or an error from our side.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be contacted to confirm the order before shipping. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.
